Garfield Elementary School
Garfield Elementary School’s vision is that ALL Garfield students will grow into caring and creative adults prepared to graduate from college and succeed in life.
Garfield Elementary School is part of the Balanced Literacy Cohort within Oakland Unified School District with about 52 percent of students being English language learners and 93.4% receive free or reduced price meals. It is located in the San Antonio District and partners with the East Bay Asian Youth Center to provide after school programs.
